Who we are
Penode was founded because the vast majority of Czech and European SMBs already pay for Microsoft 365 — but only use email, calendar, and shared folders. Meanwhile, Copilot and generative AI are quietly changing what is achievable at work. We move these businesses from spreadsheet chaos to AI-first processes that save hours of admin work every day.
We focus exclusively on M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. We build Process Apps — reusable applications that solve specific business processes (HR onboarding, approvals, knowledge base, intranet) and structure data from day one so that Microsoft 365 Copilot can use it safely.
We are not a generic IT integrator. We are a tightly focused team that creates, delivers, and manages only Penode Process Apps and Copilot-ready scenarios. Our apps run in the customer's own M365 tenant — no vendor lock-in, free data export at any time.
